Being able to accurately map your Toast information to Bikky is important for data clarity. This article outlines our mapping logic.
Bikky uses a blend of order details, Dining Options, Other Payment Options (gift cards, 3rd party offers, etc.), to determine the source of your order.We first use any order details that directly confirm the source of the order. For example, Uber changes all customer emails to an @ubereats.com email address.
If we’re unable to use order details, we’ll use the mappings from the Toast Dining Option page in Bikky. If a mapping is set, any orders within that Dining Option will be attributed to the given order source. If we’re unable to use Dining Options - for example, if a Dining option captures orders from many sources - we’ll try to use the Payment Types.
